Followup: Yellow Is For Journalism, Not For Jews

TORONTO — A Canadian newspaper apologized Wednesday for publishing an
erroneous story last week claiming that an Iranian law would require Jews and
Christians to wear badges identifying them as religious minorities.
Read the rest here. Of course retractions only do so much, once these seeds are planted it's hard to completely weed them out.

Yeah ladies......i'm back......go run and hide now.......as for branding jews and others.....well amir taheri responded to critics of his story...he said the law was being discussed in iran's parliament (which it was)....not that any of that matters......i guess since it hasn't happened, iran and the mullahs love the jews....right?? did the guy say that all the jews should be moved to romania or alaska? did the guy say that he would like to wipe israel off the face of the earth? did the guy say that the problem of isreal could be solved with five suitcase nukes? yellow stars????well its unbeleiveable because that's kind of mild for this guy........by the way......is al gore's hot air bad news for global warming???

Back and wrong as ever. Amir is on the Weekly Standard/AIPAC's payroll; he's just pushing the party line. But the bigger issue, Shotblock, is that the same people who lied us into this first war, lied about WMDs, lied about yellowcake, lied about Niger, lied about the imminent risk of Saddam, lied about the quick and painless victory we would experience in Iraq, lied that this war is about democracy, who've used 9/11 to enrich themselves and justify an unprecedented encroachment on civil liberties and constitutional protections of Americans, these same people who've been completely and utterly wrong about everything, are using the same tactics to get us into another war; truth be damned when you have an agenda to maintain.

Shotblock--I am confused dude, if the National Post is admitting that it was incorrect in reporting that the bill had the Jewish Star provision, then were are you getting information that the law was being discussed in iran's parliament (which it was)....?

amir taheri and the NP were wrong, that's why NP is apologizing. do you have another source that says otherwise? just wondering.
