Open Thread

Hey Folks, a little busy these last couple of days getting aclimated to a new gig. If you don't see many posts over the next day or two, that's why. In the meanwhile, here's an open thread. Tell us what's on your mind, what you had for lunch, your thoughts on global warming, whatev!

To add insult to injury, when not being tortured, they will be forced to earn their keep by picking fruit while being repeatedly sprayed with pesticides. They could have avoided the pesticide part but since they're so dismissive towards organic produce, it's DDT time.

I saw the 60 minutes piece on Aishwarya Rai. I think I actually saw that Miss World competition in 1994 when she won. She's gorgeous and many have called her the most beautiful woman in the world. It's funny because I think that one of her co-stars in Bride and Prejudice - Indira Varma - is also one of the best looking women in the world (you may remember her from Kama Sutra if you saw it). They are not the best of friends, however, Indira tore "Ash" up on IMDB. Hater!!

Kurt--I liked Kama Sutra--A Tale of Love. then again I seem to like most movies from India that i watch.

And yeah Indira is hot too.
