Neil Young has a new protest song calling for the impeachment of that brand name in an empty suit we call a president. Neil, this is gonna hurt whatever records sales you have left. I mean, freedom of speech is a nice concept and all, especially when it's politically convenient to apply our constitutional standards to situations in foreign countries that aren't goverened by our constitution - like that little distraction in Denmark - but here at home where our constitution is actually the law and applicable, treasonous songs like this will get you blacklisted. Isn't that right, Dixie Chicks?

Republicans are going to have a field day with his pro-bush-anti-bush switch...but I call it growth. Young like many others believed in the president at first but now realize it was not a wise course.
remember "they're coming to america.....today!!" in these anti-immigrant times? this fruit has always been a barely-closet lib.
for very important ideas, let's hear what Cyndi Lauper and Captain Lou Albano think about global warming? Kevin Federline, if you're out there, can you please weigh in? Break it down, dawg.....
one of the problems is that we get sidetracked from hearing what weak-kneed double-talking senators think, and get caught up in alec baldwinworld and the views that inhabit that sovereign nation. a pox on all lame celebrity causes. Just move to France or some other utopia already, but Neil, you are unlikely to revive your sagging career....i hear just about nobody's got any work out there
damn shotblock...that's harsh bro. he is trying to do the right thing...maybe to revive record sales but at least he is trying. I applaud him. we need to get the message out through as many channels as possible.
but i do agree with you that the media gives way too much attention to what stars think rather than the actual decision-makers.
capt. lou/K-Fed...bro you are too funny. I still can't understand how K-Fed blames the media for forcing him to become a rapper/hip-hop wanna-be.
Shotblock, Cyndia and Captain Lou are concerned but they can rest easy - God told Bush global warming is a myth.
Sorry for the rant fellas....but occasionally i watch c-span especially when tony blair is debating in the house of commons, and it is the most amazing thing.....if you've seen it, it is surreal.... a head of state not speaking through his "people" or media buys or distracting "spinners" or him cherry picking a few fox reporters, but directly answering several broad ranging questions from his allies and enemies alike. He definitely has been coached beforehand, but the querries are often tricky, hostile and meant for him to stumble. I know their system is different, and debating may be an upper middle class british tradition, but a true buffoon like our president could never rise to similar status in the UK. i'm tired of conservative leaders debating Hollywood people and blowing up unprepared manequins......dan quayle versus murphy brown anyone? clinton versus sita souljah? pamela anderson for women's rights???? puh-leeze.....JUST SHOW US YOUR T*TS!!! it seems your boy neil may be reporting for straw man duty.
We could learn alot from the brits and there system of gov't. for starters we would not have this two party bullshit. a more representative gov't would sure as hell help us.
hahaha...bush being grilled by Congress ala the parliment debates?? sounds like a sweet fun dream.
yeah debate between celebs and conservative media heads (who have received the rhetoric already) is not really meaningful. i never watch shit like that.
speaking of celebs, yo shotblock, when are you going to show some love for your boy Tom Cruise?? :P
