Things I Don't Have Time To Write About Right Now

  • Hillary has come out for a wall. Pandering ass.
  • My second encounter with a Reconquista - you won't believe what I've uncovered.
  • Why our nation continues to subsidize the most profitable industry in the world, one which is destructive to the environment, and which keeps this country glued to the teat of Saudi Arabia.
  • Why Freedom Tower is actually a more stupid name than Freedom Fries.
  • Big D's Real Estate Institute Vol. II - Why co-ops suck; a magnum opus.
  • The consequences of legislation in Congress that would shift significant control of the Internet to the telcos and cable companies.
  • Why the media loves to talk about Michael Long whenever the TWU strike is discussed.
  • Why whenever some midwesterner laments the loss of the real Brooklyn to Starbucks and Target, I shoot them.

Here's what I need to see on kwots:
1. Prostitution in Latin America and the grimy gringo's who patronize: Title:"Outsourcing the Puss* to Latin America, good or bad for American Sex-Industry Jobs?"

2. 96% of NYC firefighters are white men, and that's up one percent since the sixties: Title: "Where's the outrage? Why affirmative action is hiring tons of unqualified colored firefighters who are scared of fires, and making it tough to be a white man"

3. I'm sure you've all seen the recent reports of American soldiers a) fighting without modern body armor b) being hoodwinked by predatory loan and finacial institutions and now c) being charged for medical services rendered when they were blown up and being hounded by credit collectors into bankrupcy. Title: "How the liberal media and hollywood gays have made Generation X and America's fighting man into whining little bitches"

Wait. Was that a request for correspondents?

As long as we're making requests, I'm really looking forward to Big D's REI v.2 and your take on the Freedom Tower. Personally, I think that as long as the developers are stupid enough to build a slightly modernized WTC replica to show the world just how tough and resilient (and obnoxious) America is instead of a group of much shorter buildings, there ought to be a corporate sponsor to place its logo on the top of the structure that accurately represents what the building will really be - Target, perhaps?
